Here’s a few of my projects: 

Alternative Gifts International

Daily Press, Victorville, CA

My journalism career at Daily Press began as a Business Writer / Correspondent for Barstow. I covered the City Hall news, and  the growth of business that readers in Victorville would find interesting. Later, I managed several World News pages with layout and editing as a Page Editor.

Lead Technical Writer

As a tech writer for Raytheon, attention to detail in documentation allows contracted employees to locate key information from year to year. I managed a 4-man team to get the  system’s library in order, and assisted Safety Department managers in consolidating their safety processes. We also tackled the new ISO 9000 standardization program for their government contracts.

I designed their web catalog and helped donors navigate through a complicated gift selection process. As a Development Associate, I managed an advertising budget, created print ads, designed gift cards, and conducted creative marketing. Part of our global appeal focused on collateral material for Church Markets and getting the word out by gift honorariums at Christmastime.
